i know mad people like that on tumblr, on facebook, and once you see them in person it’s a whole different ball game. that line hit me just because it makes so much sense and i’ve seen it in person. you don’t need to try and put on a persona, nor do you have to boast about your relationship with God through facebook and tumblr. it’s your relationship between you and God, it’s the same thing about showing off your friendships or your relationship, i feel it ends up robbing the intimacy shared between you and your partner/friend. keep it genuine, keep it personal. don’t get me wrong, if you’re relationship with God is something you’d like to share with people, i honestly would love to read/hear about it. really, i would. but just be careful of your intentions behind sharing stuff like that on the internet.
